im back again... took a very long time...

it talks abt personal security again. i gotta look into tis issue, as soon as i can..

"insecure ppl worry abt tomorrow, they become micro-manage"
"secure ppl can get more things done, insecure ppl do less because they need re-assurance of wat (everything) they do."

look for a George (the influencer) in ur team.
they may not having title of leader but they are leaders.

some thought abt leadership spoken:
1. face the facts
be realistic. if sthg has to be changed, it must be changed, no matter it will take high price/effort. somehow God has His way for those who leave.

2. God's calling.
u maybe successful in doing/achieving things,but it may not God's calling for u.
ppl dont follow average person.

3. reset expectation
sit down and think. keep life in balance.
setting right priority: family, ppl (that working with u), task/goal
in tough time, most ppl forget the value u added to their life, bcoz the vast energy took them to function. if u pay attention to the needs, they will appreciate ur effort and work harder.

many great leaders are successful, but family/next gen in mess!

therefore better model:
God>family> great commision> work
